Description: The new version of Yard Beer uses Lemongrass from Bob’s yard, Sour Flowers (which is a weed) from Ross' yard, and Lemons and Limes from Michael's yard. It is a tart, wheat beer base that utilizes Lactobacillus for the initial souring and then is fermented with several farmhouse yeast strains (including Brettanomyces) that meld nicely with the bright citrus and earthy quality of the ingredients from our yards
