Description: This tryptic assembly—our fourth of the sequence— is composed of Genealogy of Morals that enjoyed 18 months in Bourbon barrels and was then divided into a Saxon’s River Distillery Sapling Honey Bourbon barrel and a Saxon’s River Distillery Sapling Maple Liqueur barrel for nine months each, and a single barrel of Damon rested first in Bourbon barrels for 34 months then secondarily in an Elijah Craig 18-Year barrel for an additional six months. The curated blend was then conditioned atop a blend of vanilla beans from Ecuador, Madagascar, Tahiti, and Papua New Guinea. 29 March 2023
