Every barrel has it's own unique characteristic flavours wich melt with the beer. We Aged the Big Black Boltini (Russian Imperial Stout) in the Organic Bruichladdich Unpeated Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Barrel for a period of 8 month's.
