Description: Barrel Aged Belgian-Style Dark Ale Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Other Half Brewing, A Dangerous Meeting was brewed with Pilsner, Maris Otter, Munich and an addition of Belgian Dark Specialty Malt. A large portion of sugar was added to the boil along with Magnum and EKG hops. After primary fermentation with one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains, it was then transferred into Port barrels, where it continued to age for over a year with Brettanomyces.
