Description: Bonne Nuit is a Belgian-Style Strong Ale aged in bourbon barrels. Brewed once a year to celebrate the coming of Winter, Bonne Nuit is a special collaboration with our dear friend and Beer-itual Advisor, Jerome Seipp. Bonne Nuit is brewed in the tradition of Belgian Strong Ales, but hopped in the American tradition with Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus. This version was then aged for one year in Kentucky bourbon barrels.
