Description: Hand of Glory is an English style Barleywine brewed with Simpsons Finest Golden Promise and hopped with EKG. It was fermented with a traditional English yeast strain and transferred into 13 year old Kentucky bourbon barrels to age for 8 months. It was then transferred into former Kentucky bourbon barrels that had recently held American Apple Brandy, where it continued to age for an additional 8 months.
