Description: This beer was inspired by the classic café au late of New Orleans that accompany the very fine tiny French donuts, Beignets. Brewed with a generous amount of british chocolate and roasted malts to mimic the flavors of a fine roasted coffee. In addition, roasted chicory is added to the boil to provide multiple layers of depth to the beer. Flaked oats make up a good portion of the mash to help with the creaminess of the stout. Try with little French donuts for optimum enjoyability!
