Description: Yo-ho-ho! Chocolate porter owes its existence to Aztecs and Spanish pirates. Aztecs invented an extremely nurturing drink made of ground cocoa beans with vanilla. And by means of the weapon held by Hernan Cortez who conquered Mexico, chocolate got to Europe in the 16th century. In 1520 Cortez sent a ship full of Aztec gold and silver, cocoa beans and spices. But the sip’s fate led her directly into the hands of Captain Flint. Gold and silver were buried on some islands, as pirates would do. And the rest of the goods served the basis of an alcoholic beverage. “Captain Flint” is a porter, brewed with dark and milk chocolate, it has an ideal balance of bitter taste and sweet after-taste, enjoyed by those who prefer porter among other beers. Hops: Cascade, Sorachi Ace. Special ingredients: dark and milk chocolate.
