Description: Freshly harvested Chinook and Nugget hops are briskly shipped to Horse & Dragon from Highwire farms in Peonia Colorado where within 48 hours of harvest they are added to a brew we call Bounty of the Bine. This year we have boosted the ammount of whirlpool hops to increase the wonderful aroma of these great hops and round out the flavor of a great pale ale. This particular batch was brew using malt grown in the Western Slope and then malted at our new local maltster Trubadour Malting here in Fort Collins. Making this beer about as "Colorado" as you can find. Cheers!
