Description: The Return of the Je-Rye is a Rye IPA that was brewed with a heavy dose of rye malt. Fermented with an English type yeast strain rumored to be used by some East Coast breweries to achieve their juicy, and hazy hoppy beers. The rye malt gives the beer a slightly velvety texture with a hint of spice. We used Apollo, New Zealand Motueka, and Mosiac hops. The aroma is strong with grape fruit that follows through to the taste, and finishes with a tropical juiciness.
