Description: The Vanishing Point Series is our apex - the point at which the skills and passion of our brewers converge with our ambitions to create exceptional beers that define us as a company. This series unlocks a cache of small batch limited editions that are bold, pioneering and push the boundaries of everything we thought possible. Every ingredient is hand selected, the absolute best we can get, and chosen with only one thing in mind; flavour. VP02 is the second release in the series, an imperial stout matured in first fill bourbon barrels in our barrel store for 12 months. The longer maturation has mellowed the beer and added an even greater depth of character, with warming aromas of chocolate, molasses and vanilla with a silky bourbon barrel character on the palate. AROMA Juicy dried red fruits with loads of oak, caramel and cinder toffee MALT Ale Malt and Roasted Barley TASTE Smooth oak and malty flavours upfront, rounded out with delicate citrus hop character HOPS Super Styrian FINISH Sweet with rich caramel and warming bourbon notes BEER COLOUR Black
