Here in Ipswich we’re lucky to have not only great beer and people, but also great coffee from Zumi’s, a coffee shop owned by a former mountain guide from Nepal. Our friends at Zumi’s take full-bodied Sumatran beans from Indonesia to create an earthy cold-brew that is then blended into our smooth stout. Serve slightly warmer than a Yeti’s den and enjoy hints of dark chocolate that emerge from the coffee infusion.
