We’re celebrating Iron Horse Brewery’s 10th year in business by paying tribute to the breweries Patriarch and not-so-silent partner. Version 8 of the anniversary ale most closely resembles an Imperial IPA. Hopped with Simcoe, Chinook, and Centennial this is a big beer with great aroma and bold flavor. It literally has 5 tons * of hops in it so its bitterness is present, but amazingly, doesn't linger.
