Description: This saison was matured on freshly picked elderflower from our friends at Seedling Farms. We added the elderflower to a saison with brettanomyces claussenii the day it was picked to preserve that unmistakable combination of vanilla ice cream and musk aromas that make fresh elderflower so beautiful. We did not pasteurize the elderflower in order to let the native microflora that might be living on it to go to work in our beer. The beer has inviting aromas of vanilla ice cream, lavender, tropical fruit, white flowers, dried apricots, and earthy musk. The finish is dry with a slight lingering floral characteristic. We only packaged 132 750ml bottles
