Our unique variation to the traditional Bavarian Dunkelweizen (Dark Wheat Beer) is fermented a little warmer kicking up the production banana esters. We then age it on Ghana Cocoa Nibs and Organic Toasted Coconut creating an incredible flavor profile reminiscent of moonlit walks on tropical beaches.
