Description: Our personal bid for summer to continue for just a bit longer, we brewed up a beer with elements of our favorite parts of each season: The gorgeous red color reflects the changing colors of fall, along with rye malt that just seems to compliment crisp fall evenings. In an effort to not let go of summer just yet, we gave this beer a healthy hopping and fermented with a bright and fruity saison yeast! The result is a wonderfully complex beer that defies categorization just like a long fall with tons of warm summer-like days!
