Description: For the first time in our longstanding partnership with the inimitable caffeine mavens at Ceremony Coffee Roasters, the Jailbreak brew crew have created a custom blend, and incorporated it into this year's version of Cafe In Brussels! Composed of two delectable coffees, our custom blend is 75% Rwandan natural process, and 25% Columbian washed process, thereby creating an amalgam of boysenberry and cherry, with underlying "brown" coffee notes of hazelnut and chocolate. When the base beer is aged upon this blend, it amplifies the beer's pre-existing flavors of stone fruit, particularly pear. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
