Description: The debut of Jailhouse Brewer Chris Broome brings his dance moves to center stage. We unleashed Broome on v.16 with some of his homebrew juju and he came in Hangin’ Tough. New Zealand hop Pacific Gem has become one of Chris’ favs so he incorporated it throughout. It’s an assertive hop that needed a range of malt character to support it. Masterfully choreographed with Munich, Victory and Caramel malts the beer drinks well balanced and shows all the Right Stuff. Orangy-yellow in color with aromas of tropical fruit leading into resinous piney notes. A balanced caramel sweet malt note makes way for the assertive hop bitterness.
