Description: The base of this beer is Ongelovige Thomas. New American white oak soaked in Kenau has been added, which makes the beer much stronger and gives it a hint of vanilla. Because the wood is soaked in Kenau, the beer is named Jopen Thomas en Kenau. Full-bodied flavour with vanilla, whiskey, oak, some roasted hints of chocolate and plenty of fruit (blackberries and brambles) because of the American hops varieties. Dominant smooth and fruity flavour the result of the new American white oak.
