Description: This unfiltered American Wheat Ale was brewed like a pale ale, with generous amounts of Mosaic and Amarillo hops. The hop profile is rich in mango, grapefruit, lemon and stone fruit, while the wheat provides a full mouthfeel to balance. To polish it off, we used our Kölsch yeast to provide a clean and smooth finish. We didn't think we’d brew 69 batches all year, let alone in less than 9 months, so cheers to you for your support!
