Description: For the 3rd release from our Bob Dylan series, named after Blonde on Blonde, we brewed a Belgian Blond Ale and aged it on blonde fruit (specifically, apricot puree). The fruit flavors represent Dylan’s voice and lyrics, which had become more grand & bold, while the supporting malt & yeast flavors are playful & funky, representing the studio musicians playing behind him. Dylan was on top of his game for this one, and we hope we were as well. “And these visions of Johanna are now all that remain.”
