Description: We sent our brewmaster to Paonia, Colorado to hand pick Nugget and Chinook hops straight off the bine. He ended up using 90 lbs of them the next day & another 40 lbs in the dry hop. Wet hops impart a much different flavor and aroma than traditional dry hops, and since harvest only comes once a year, there's only one batch so drink up while it's here. Fresh Nugz's hop flavor has fantastic piney, woodsy, herbal and citrus notes. There's nothing quite like some Fresh Nugz.
