Description: Helles is German for light or bright, so it’s appropriate that we’re releasing it in the Spring. A Helles looks very similar to a Pilsner, but they are quite different, with Helles being more focused on grainy-sweet and bready malt flavors, rather than hoppy bitterness. This beer was named for our Brewmaster’s favorite Cake song, which contains: “As soon as you’re born, you start dying, so you might as well have a good time.” In that spirit, “Goats” pairs well with bangin’ tunes, great friends, and sunshine.
