Description: Medovik is a full-bodied Imperial Stout that we brewed in collaboration with Melovino Meadery last year. It was inspired by the flavors of a traditional Russian honey cake and was brewed with toasted graham cracker, clove honey, and lactose. We saved a portion of this release, racked it into bourbon barrels, aged for a year, and then added Madagascar vanilla beans and a small amount of cinnamon. Barrel-Aged Medovik comes in at 12.3% and has soft tones of caramel and toffee.
