Description: Weizenbock is a pale, hazy, high-alcohol version of our Hefeweizen, with a soft, bready malt character from decoction mashing with 100% imported German malt; low bitterness from imported German Perle hops; and complex aromas of banana, clove and vanilla produced by our pure Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast strain, which also naturally carbonates the bier for a smooth, clean finish.
