Description: Description Koch Nipperkin is the copper „old ale“ -type beer, aged in 4-6 months, in producing process is used of a variety of malt, hops and sugar. In the fermentation of the Nipperkin beer is used selected special yeast. Soft sweet beer (like Portwine) has slightly spicy aroma of ripe fruit, which is felt to prune bouquet, cherry, banana, currant and a little yeast. The taste is sweet and warming with a hint of a variety of fruits, cherry, smoked. Aftertaste is soft, fruity, sweet, but has a slight sour undertones. Both taste and aftertaste have their bitterness and a rocky cherry note from oak barrel tannins. The beer is unfiltered, thus having a yeast overtones, there may be a blur. Ingredients Water, pale barley malts, aroma and bitter hops, beer yeast.
