Description: 春は再生と新たな息吹の予感とともに訪れる。今回我々はこの雰囲気を『春の気まぐれ』という名のもと、アメリカ産のホップのかわりにとてもクラシックなチェコ産やドイツ産のホップをペールエールに使うことで表現してみました。またアメリカンエール酵母を通常よりも非常に低い温度帯で使用することで、ビールの軽やかさやフレッシュさをより感じられるようにしました。冬から夏へと駆け上ってゆく季節の移り変わりの春にちょうどぴったりの出来上がりのビールを楽しんでいただけることと思います。 Spring is accompanied by imagery of rebirth and aromas of freshness. We tried to incorporate these themes in Haru no Kimagure by reinterpreting our take on the Pale Ale, choosing to forgo the usual American hops for very traditional Czech and German varieties. Using American ale yeast at a very low temperature keeps the beer light and crisp.
