Description: To warmly welcome the passage to Lausanne of the Italian brewery White Pony, We looked at a recipe with Mediterranean flavors. We reproduced the profile of the water of Florence (capital of Tuscany) and added a base of malt recalling the taste of bread. All this is supported by a typical Anglo-Saxon IPA bitterness. However, the usual aromatic hopping flavour comes form the addition of tomatoes, basil and a touch of lactose. This Italian Pizza Ale is distinguished by its olfactory notes recalling pizza, typical Italian trattoria or a caprese salad of mozzarella tomatoes.
