Description: Another of Ladyface's "Ingenuity" - an industrious series of barrel-aged inventions. Blind Ambition aged in Justin Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 10 months with additions of brettanomyces and lactobacillus. Aroma starts with moderate to high oak and dark cherry skins and finishes dusty. Flavors are dominates by oak and dark plum and berry tones. Finish is exceptionally long with oak and an overall dryness. Acidity is moderate to high.
