Description: Lakefront Brewery and Tenth and Blake Beer Company put the old saying “two heads are better than one” to the test recently, and, appropriately, the result is a beer with a creamy, foam head that lasts about twice as long as most beers. The unique, multi-brewer collaboration produced Oaty Goat Doppelbock, a surprisingly smooth, midnight black dopplebock brewed with Weyerman dark Munich malts and Dingemans Special B malts. Contributing to the beer’s smoothness is 90 pounds of wild oats per batch.
