Description: Hands down the biggest beer we have made to date. This is a big stout with lots of big chocolate, roasted grain and dark fruit flavors. After primary fermentation was complete, we added four pounds of local roasted Three Bears Coffee and two pounds of cocoa nibs, with a hint of American Oak.
