Description: We took our regular Workhorse IPA and threw it on wood! Instead of barrel-aging our beer, we threw oak staves right into the keg. The result is a cleaner barrel character than you would get from a typical barrel-aged beer; whereas barrel-aging normally creates oxidation and boozy flavors, speed-aging it on wood yields a clean but prominent oak flavor.
