Description: Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Newbarns for our 7th Birthday. For our take on an absolute classic of UK brewing, with the help of legends in the field of traditional styles, we used an all English hop bill and complex grist, made up of 5 different malts to brew a Dark Ruby Mild. Deep ruby in appearance, with intense, balanced flavours of rich, chocolatey malt and dark fruits. A gorgeous, bittersweet beverage that leaves nothing to the imagination.
