Description: This was brewed in collaboration with Spey Valley Brewery in Mulben. Using a base Witbier recipe full of orange and spice, we conditioned in cask over locally foraged blaeberries. This gave the beer a beautiful pinkish hue and light tarty fruitiness. Unfined and unfiltered this is cloudy and colourful.
