Description: Each year we pull out the stops on a big, rich imperial stout. This is a beer style with a lot of room for variation, but it is always big, roasty and strong. Our biggest and most complex malt structure features creamy notes of chocolate, coffee, toffee and spice. This may seem a strange name for a beer, but several years ago we wanted to salute Leonard Nimoy upon his passing and decided this beer is as "Vulcan" as we get!
