Description: In January we had the pleasure of welcoming Neon Raptor Brewing Co. to our little brewery to make a vary special beer. They brought a couple of malt sacks packed with sharp Nottinghamshire Damsons. The combination of wild yeast and juicy acidic fruit has produced a punchy mouth puckering sour beer. It’s a pretty small batch with only a few hundred bottles and a handful of kegs, so get them while you can!
