Description: 2023 sees us team up with Hop Products Australia and Launceston legends Tandys Alehouse for this year's Hop Harvest release. Using 10kg of Galaxy and Eclipse Hops grown at Bushy park in Tasmania's Derwent Valley. The whole hop cones were used at various times throughout the brewing process (Whirlpool, dip hop and dry hopped) creating a beer bursting with notes of Passionfruit, Peach, Sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel and fresh pine needles with a delicate bitterness that lingers long after the first sip. Available exclusively at the Little Rivers Cellar Door in Scottsdale and Tandy's Alehouse in Launceston.
