Description: After brewing two collabs with Maximus at their brewery in de Meern we finally got together to brew something in Tilburg. We decided to venture down the Thiols path… But what are Thiols exactly? Well it’s a family of sulfur containing aroma compounds naturally found in hops. To create the pungent aroma of tropical fruit in the NEIPA we tried to bind the Thiols through various brewing processes to create a Thiol NEIPA.
