Description: "Steam Beer" was born a cross between ale and lager on America's West Coast, scene of the Gold Rush of the 19th Century. The name is said to derive from the steam-like cloud ejected when the highly carbonated beer is opened. The low fermentation temperature for an ale, together with lagering, give a clean finish, with Northern Brewer hops providing a solid bitterness. All-year-round brew. ゴールドラッシュに湧いた19世紀のアメリカ西海岸。そこで誕生したラガーとエールの間の子が「スチーム・ビール」です。高炭酸のため開栓時に吹き出すビールがまるで蒸気（スチーム）の様に見えたことからこの名前が付いたと言われています。エールにしては低めの発酵温度とラガーリングの効果によるクリーンな仕上がり。ノーザン・ブルワー・ホップのしっかりとした苦味も魅力的です。通年醸造。
