Description: This is a traditional rustic ale brewed with barley, wheat, at oats; fermented with our house blend of saison yeasts; late-hopped with 180 pounds of freshly-picked, unkilned Centennial hops from Crosby Hop Farms; and added to the brew within eight hours of harvesting. Completely coincidentally, this is also the 100th batch of beer brewed in our “new” Washougal brewery.
