Description: Our take on the traditional Belgian farmhouse ale, Saison features a fruity, funky bouquet of Belgian yeast character that’s complemented by a spicy hop aroma. A soft malt character is nicely balanced with a light bitterness that reveals a dry, effervescent finish. Much like the traditional farmhouse ales from Belgium, our Brush and Barrel Series Saison was brewed in the cold Vermont winter for consumption in the warm months to come.
