Description: We set aside a small portion of the most recently brewed batch of “The Steel”, DIPA and aged it in a rye whisky barrel that most recently housed County Seat Distillery’s Sand Island White Rum. We also added a large dry hop of Centennial, adding aromas of grapefruit, citrus, and slight florals.
