Vibrant, Chatty, Fun, and full of “experts” keen to share their knowledge with a new visitor. Sally and the boys came with a brew in mind. Strong: 4.7ish, pale ale, but not too citrussy, “They want it a bit sweeter too” Says Sally, Who were we to argue so that’s what we brewed.
