Description: The second edition of our fresh hop rye ipa. Once again this year we used local PA businesses for our ingredients. We used malts that came from Deer Creek Malthouse, and over 50lbs of fresh Cascade hops from Springhaven Woods. To help give this spicy rye beer a juicy finish, we dry hopped with Cascade and Idaho 7. This beer is the perfect way to start off the harvest season.
