Description: Brewed with English pale and crystal malts, kettle hop additions of the American varietals Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo from the Pacific Northwest are blended, then added four separate times. Two dry hop additions of the same hops are added post fermentation to brighten the hop flavor and aroma. Sharp piney hop flavors jump out in the aroma, followed by silky caramel and citrus peel. Hop flavors reminiscent of rosemary, grapefruit peel meld with caramel malt backbone. Makes for a truly euphoric West Coast style hop experience, hence the name.
