Description: MAD SCIENTIST BARREL PROJECT Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Aged In Scotch And Calvados Barrels CELLAR MASTER NOTES As the third member of the series, Happy Finish Calvados strikes with the unity of chocolate derived from the scotch barrel and a bit acidic apple taste from the calvados barrel. This bad boy sat 1-1 year in each container to soak up every little bit of taste and aroma. The double-barrel aging method comes from the spirit scene where these fruity barrels like port, sherry, cognac, calvados, or wine, are widely used to provide a wonderful finish to the composition and we didn't want to miss the opportunity to do something similar. Attention, good things come in pairs!
