Description: This 15% Imperial Stout brewed with our buddy Kyle from Horus Aged Ales. We double mashed this stout for a thick and fudgey base beer. We then barrel aged it in barrels that then held neutral spirits, cinnamon and vanilla for a year before aging the stout and added cocoa nibs before packaging. The result is a complex Imperial Stout with intense cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate character.
