Description: Double Dry Hopped Froot Joose is a 7% DDH Sour IPA with lactose. This tart IPA is kettle soured, hopped with Citra and Amarillo in the kettle and dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic. DDH Froot Joose is not overly sour; instead the unity of the tartness, lactose and significant hop rate create flavors that compliment each other. After all, this beer was designed to taste like juice.
