Description: Trade Proof with Mango, Passion Fruit and Cherry is a 4.5% Fruited Gose. We started with a tart kettle sour base beer and bombed this beer out with mango, passion fruit and cherry purée. We even increased the quantity of fruit significantly from the last time we released Trade Proof. The result is a beer reminiscent of a tart fruit smoothie that is perfect for the summer heat. Please note that this beer contains significantly more fruit than we’ve ever put into a beer before. Unlike our fruited beers in the past, we added the fruit just prior to canning so this beer contains fermentable sugars. It is imperative that these cans remain cold at all times! For real!
