Description: Imperial Stout aged in a blend of Buffalo Trace and Willett Rye barrels with cacao nibs, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla beans, and Mississippi Mud Espresso beans. An annual release started back in 2016, blending some of our favorite adjuncts into one cohesive and complex grouping of flavors. This year the base started with natural oak-derived notes of maple and vanilla with just the right amount of tannin, giving us an excellent start in which to add a blend of cinnamon, Guatemalan espresso, Madagascar vanilla, and a blend of cacao nibs.
